Duplicate Activity
In Connected Business v14, you can now copy existing activities with the Duplicate CRM Activity feature. This feature is useful for sales reps as it allows them to create new activities faster by generating duplicates from existing activities.With this feature, you can easily copy and modify all activity details, including notes and documents, from existing activities regardless of the activity type, date, and status.
To duplicate an activity,
- Go to CRM module > Activity > Find Activity. The list of activities from different entities will be displayed (Non-Contact, Customer, Lead etc.)
- Select activity from the list to display the Activity form.
- Click the Duplicate button. The Duplicate Activity dialog box will be displayed.

You can duplicate as many copy of the activity as needed.
- Tick the respective checkboxes if you want to also duplicate the notes or documents attached in the activity being copied then click OK. The duplicate copy of the activity form will be displayed.

The start date and end date of the duplicated activity will be based on the time and date the copy was generated. Also, the activity status will be set to Not Started (by default).
- Modify the activity details as needed then click Save or Save and Close.
