Please make sure to configure the ff. App Config:
1. GoogleAnalytics.TrackingCode = "UA-XXXXXXXX-X"
2. GoogleAnalytics.ConversionTracking = "true"

You may also install the ff. chrome extension to debug/verify the google analytics conversion tracking:
chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google...amephohjechhna?hl=en
